- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Sign up, import your client list, and the only cost is the monthly subscription plus any verification overage.
- Are verifications charged on top of the subscription?
- Each tier includes a monthly verification allowance. Beyond that, individual verifications are charged at the tier-discounted overage rate (£4-£6 per verification). You see the running total in the dashboard.
- What does "audit-pack export" mean?
- A signed, timestamped, tamper-evident PDF and JSON bundle covering a client, an individual, or a date range. Built for AML supervisor reviews — not for show.
- Can we charge our clients?
- Yes. Endorser tracks the cost per verification and the running total per client. Export monthly to your billing system or invoice direct from Endorser.
- What happens after November 2026?
- New incorporations and new directors still need verifying — the workflow continues at a lower steady-state volume. Endorser's roadmap extends into MTD ITSA and full AML workflow.
